All cancellations must be made in writing. 7 days’ notice or more: In the event of cancelling a confirmed workshop place more than 7 days prior to the start of the workshop, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Less than 7 days’ notice: In the event of cancelling a confirmed workshop place less than 7 days prior to the start of the workshop, you will be entitled to a 50% refund.

No-show: In the event that a paid and confirmed workshop place was not used, and no notice was given, there will be no refund.
